The Western Canadian Children’s Heart Network (WCCHN) is a dedicated network that supports children with heart conditions and their families. The network brings together five children’s hospitals across four provinces with one central goal: to provide world-class care and support, when it matters most.
The Children’s Heart Network is a provincial non-profit organization offering support, information, and education to families, children, and youth who are living with acquired or congenital heart disease (CHD).
Hearts of Gold gives opportunities for youth ages 13 to 19 to meet, learn, and have fun with other youth who have experienced growing up with heart disease.
